Experience
I like to think of myself as a storyteller. My aim is to photograph your wedding in such a way that it brings back all the excitement, fun, trepidation, joy and love of your special day. ‘Special day’ is such a cliche but it really is just that, special. It’s not something to be taken lightly, it’s a huge responsibility. I have the same aim for each and every wedding I photograph – to tell the story as honestly and as beautifully as I can. The greatest thrill for me is presenting my clients with a stunning, bespoke wedding album that makes them relive each moment of their day with every page turned.
To be able to get great photos you need to feel comfortable in front of the camera. That is why I insist on meeting all of my clients before the wedding and arranging an engagement shoot. I include an engagement shoot in all of my wedding packages. You also won’t see time limits on any of my wedding packages. I feel that in order to truly tell the story of your wedding I need to be there all day. I usually start with the bridal preparations and stay until half an hour or so after the first dance, but I’d never leave a wedding until I was satisfied that the job had been done properly.
