I must admit that being hired to be an East Quay wedding photographer is always a pleasure! Hands down one of my favourite venues to work at – and its on my doorstep! Claire and the team there are fantastic. I’ve been lucky enough to be an east quay wedding photographer a number of times in the past so when Vicki + Lee wanted to book I was over the moon.
East Quay Wedding Photographer
Having a glorious sunny day isn’t essential to a wedding but it really is lovely when it happens, especially when you’re so close to the sea. This was the first time I’ve photographed a ceremony upstairs with that layout and it works really well. The natural light floods through the window right in front of the bride and groom which is always a nice touch.
Lee is actually a wedding photographer himself so theres always a little more pressure in these cases – but I thrive under that sort of pressure! It’s always an honour when another photographer thinks you’re worthy of shooting their wedding ????
So without further ado, check out a few of my favourites from a wonderful day below…
For the photographers; everything was shot using Fuji x-Pro2′s and a combination of the 16mm, 23mm, 35mm and 56mm prime lenses. Any questions about anything please don’t hesitate to ask.

Amazing images Matt and such a creative use of light. East Quay is a wonderful venue and it looks as though many ice creams and oysters were enjoyed.
Stunning wedding – your bride and groom must be delighted!
